I’d be reviewing the Island Beauty lipstick, for the first lipstick check here and for the swatches check here.
Product: Island Beauty Lipstick in Black Raspberry.
Price: 100n.
Where to buy: Mallam/Beauty store, I got mine from a Mallam in Wuse market.
Pigmentation: Slightly pigmented but not all that.
How long does it last? Since it’s fake, this lasted for just three/four hours.
Application: I had to coat the lipstick eight times or more on each lip before getting the shade in the pictures above.
Texture: It has a slight oily feel but applies well on moisturized lips.
Will I buy again? It’s a really nice shade, maybe in the original, yes.
Black Raspberry is such a sexy shade (you can tell I was feeling myself in those pictures) and it’s a lot darker than what’s pictured above (all thanks to my flash and no natural light) but this one is fake, I know because I bought the original last year, but it’s just 100n so…
If you happen to lay your hands on the original (the original doesn’t have an oily or greasy feel when you swatch it), then you’re lucky because this shade is bad ass. (THIS IS A FAKE LIPSTICK P.S)
