How I Use:

I use this strictly as a leave-in conditioner.

I apply a dime size on to my hair, avoiding my scalp, daily.

Pros

  • It is cheap, lol.
  • It comes in a tub and you all know how I feel about products that come in tubs, easy to use.
  • It is light and creamy so it is perfect for everyday use and for fine strands too.
  • It leaves my hair feeling very fluffy and adequately moisturized.
  • It doesn’t have an oily finish.

Cons

  • Because it’s a light leave-in, I have to re-moisturize my hair everyday because of my coarse strands.

Will I Buy Again?

Yes! It’s so cheap and readily available, I love how it moisturizes my hair and keeps it fluffy. The hint of protein is also good for my protein-thirsty hair.

Have you used this dual leave-in/rinse-out conditioner? Let me know.

    1. Thanks hun.
Oh that’s nice but since I have the mayonnaise of it (review later this week), I decided to use this as a leave-in and it’s good too.

  1. Hi Bookie,

I use this product mostly as a deep conditioner mixed with glycerin for extra slip. It’s a good product, very creamy. I am always happy with how my hair feels after I rinse it out.

  2. Nice Review. I use it as a leave in conditioner and also as a rinse out… It’s so awesome!. Leaves my hair soft, moisturised, and defines my curls when I use it as a rinse out

  3. Hy… I’m a low po natural and my hair is a year and 4 months old. I’m finding a hard time moisturising my hair.. Like getting moisture to stay in my hair. What products do you recommend. Thanks

    1. Low porosity means your hair retains moisture, do you mean high porosity?
My hair is highly porous but I retain moisture by using heavy sealants like Shea Butter (raw or infused in a moisturizer) and keep my hair in twists till I’m ready to wash again.

        1. Maybe you need to use indirect heat to open up your cuticles in order for moisture to get in. Forms of indirect heat like covering your hair with a nylon and leaving it for few minutes after moisturizing your hair.
