Hey darlings, how are you doing today? Awesome? Even if your day didn’t start good you know it can end well? It all depends on how you treat it so stay positive, major key lol.

Product: Queen Helene Antioxidant Grape Seed Extract Peel Off Masque.

Product Promise: Cleans clogged pores, softens facial lines, soothes and tones skin.

Product Information: Clogged pores can make skin appear older. Grape Seed Extract contains a powerful antioxidant similar to that contained in Pycnogenol, a natural skin purifier that will help clean and refine your skin. Within minutes after application, Grape Seed Masque dries to a peelable film that lifts and draws out impurities from the pores. After the peel, the masque will reveal cleaner, revitalized younger looking skin.

Directions: Gently spread an even generous amount of Grape Seed Extract Peel Off Masque onto clean face and neck, avoiding eyes, brows and hairline. After 10 minutes, start at the jaw line and peel off in an upward motion. Remove any excess masque with warm water and pat dry. For best results, repeat twice a week.

Size: 6 oz.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Alcohol Denatured, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, PEG-75, Grapeseed Extract, Glycerin, PPG-12-PEG-65 Lanolin Oil, Benzophenone-4, Disodium EDTA, Diazolidinyl Urea, Fragrance (Parfum), Ext. Violet #2 (CI #60730), Red #33 (CI #17200).

Smell: Strong alcohol smell, don’t really like the smell.

Consistency: Light but moderately thick.

Price: 850n – 2000n.

Where To Buy: Local supermarket, Jumia, Queen Helene Store.

How I Use:

After cleansing and scrubbing my face, I apply this on slightly moist face, wait for 15 minutes or thereabout, peel off and rinse my face with tap water to remove excess masque.

Pros

  • Love the packaging, easy to use.
  • Everyone loves a peel off masque, lol.
  • It tightens the skin as it dries, which might help for fine lines I think.

Cons

  • It has a strong alcohol smell once applied which will wear off after a while.
  • I didn’t notice any softening of facial lines.
  • I didn’t notice any toning of my skin.

Will I Buy Again?

If I find another peel off masque before this finishes, I probably won’t buy it again but this is affordable and readily available to add to your skincare regimen.

Have you tried this product? Loved/Hated it?

Have a wonderful day!
