So earlier this month I received some lipsticks from the Island Beauty Team (Hi Darren!) for review, this is their Spring Collection and I’m excited to review them.
Shade: Berry Wine
Pink with a hint of purple and with a slight satin finish.
Applies smoothly, no flakes.
Nicely pigmented/great colour pay off.
Easy to clean off but leaves a pinkish residue on my lips, just like the Black Raspberry (it’s a plus for me).
Shade: Electric Blue
Blue shade with a hint of sparkle.
Slight satin finish.
Applies smoothly, no flakes.
Fair pigmentation, kept skipping on my lips while applying.
For great color payoff, apply a lip liner first.
Shade: Champagne

Overall Review:
Berry Wine is a great everyday lipstick shade, Electric Blue is for when I’m feeling Blue (experimenting with lipsticks) and Champagne is not a shade I’d wear because it looks ashy on my skin tone.

Biko electric blue for me cos you know I like bold stuff lol. I think the champagne looks good on you & would be better as ombre too, the berry wine is not my thing, I’m not really a fan of anything remotely pink. How much is it though?
